Firstly let me tell you, both PCOD and PCOS are the same. PCOD is polycystic ovarian disease and PCOS is polycystic ovarian syndrome. It is called syndrome, because it may cause multiple health issues.
PCOD/PCOS is POLY means multiple,CYSTIC means cyst, ovarian is ovary disease/syndrome.
